UK & Ireland - Our products are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase via Royal Mail with shipping up to 5 business days.

Europe - Tracked package with shipping up to 7 business days.

International - Global tracked package allow up to 10 business days.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item. We will see to the issue and make the right corrections.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
